- All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, or peak seasons.
- Expedited Shipping: Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not offered as each 3D-printed yarn bowl takes 18+ hours to print. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

- Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after the order has been shipped.

- International delivery times vary but typically range from 7-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
- If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by the carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office or shipping provider.
Combined Shipping
If you purchase multiple items, we will combine shipping where possible to reduce costs.
